Report the returned products on time via the Riverty web app or the Riverty app. If you have returned part of your order, you can then pay the outstanding amount for the products you have kept.
Always keep your return slip safe. If the parcel is lost, the online shop can investigate on the basis of your proof of return.
It is important to know that we pause your payment statement as soon as you report a return via the Rivety app or the Riverty web app. When the online shop signals us that your return has been processed, your payment overview will be updated.
