Select your purchase in the Riverty Web App. Go to the tab "All". Then scroll down and select ‘return information’. Here you can tick which items you would like to return. The invoice amount will now be updated. You can already pay the correct amount by direct debit or manual bank transfer.
As soon as your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email and this will also be updated in your overview.
Special feature: partial returns at Outfittery
Unfortunately, it is not possible to mark individual items directly as returns at Outfittery. If you report your return via our Riverty Web App, a temporary reminder stop is automatically set for the entire order.
As soon as Outfittery has processed your return and sent us a refund, you will receive confirmation of the credit note by email.
