You select your purchase in the customer portal MyRiverty. Then scroll down and then select "Register return". Here you can tick which items you have kept. The invoice amount will now be updated. You can already pay the correct amount via direct debit or manual bank transfer.
As soon as your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email and this will also be updated in your overview.
