You can easily pay by direct debit via the Riverty web app.
1. go to https://riverty.app/en-de/
2. log in with the email address you used for your order
3. go to your payment overview
4. go to “Payment”
5. enter your IBAN
6. select the date when Riverty should make the direct debit collection
7. confirm the direct debit mandate
Please Note:
You decide when Riverty carries out the direct debit. If your invoice is already due, the direct debit will be carried out on the next working day.
