The most common reasons why this amount may differ:
• Your return was not processed
• Your return was processed incorrectly: You were not credited for all or the wrong items
• You are missing a discount on your invoice
• The online store has charged you shipping costs
In these cases, please contact the online store.

You can usually find the contact information at the bottom of our emails or on your created invoice within the footer.
You don't need to do anything – just pay easily after the invoice adjustment
