Are you returning the entire order?
Then you can register your return in the Riverty app or Riverty web app. This way, we will know that we need to wait until the online shop has processed your return. Always follow the return instructions of the online shop. As soon as your return has been processed by the online shop and we have received a notification, we will send you a confirmation by email. Your invoice will then be adjusted in your overview.
Are you returning (a) part(s) of your order?
You can then select which items you want to return in the Riverty app or in Riverty web app. Then you can immediately pay for the products you keep, including any shipping costs. Do this within the period indicated in your payment overview. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation from us by email and this will also be adjusted in your overview.
