If so, you can register your return in the customer portal MyRiverty. We then know that we have to wait a while for the online shop to process your return. Always follow the online shop´s return conditions. As soon as your return has been processed by the online shop and we have received a notification from them, we will send you a confirmation by email. Your invoice will then be adjusted in your overview.
Are you returning part of your order?
Then you can select which items you want to return in the customer portal MyRiverty. You can then immediately pay for the products you want to keep, including all shipping and service costs. Do this within the period indicated in your payment overview. As soon as your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email and this will also be updated in your overview.
