There may be several reasons why you cannot register a return via our Riverty Web App:
- The period for registering returns has expired.
- You can only register a return for each invoice via our Riverty Web App once.
It is also possible that a return notification is not allowed for your order for other reasons.
This does not preclude you from being able to return your goods, so check the return conditions in your online shop.
