If a direct debit for your installment payment fails, you will receive a reminder requesting a transfer, which will also include charges.
Your instalment could not be debited once:
If this happens once, you can wait for next month. We will then catch up on the payment: Two installments and the fees will be debited at once.
Your instalment could not be debited several times:
If you have already not paid an installment in the previous month, the outstanding amount must be transferred manually. Otherwise we will cancel the installment agreement as agreed in the installment contract.
