To create a Riverty account, you first need to place an order with an online shop. You can then select Riverty as the payment method to pay for the order.
As soon as you have received your order, Riverty will send you an email with a payment overview. If you click on "Log in to Riverty" in the payment overview, you will request a login link and you will immediately receive a unique link to log in to the customer portal MyRiverty.
It is also possible to install the Riverty app. Once installed, you only need your email address to log in to the Riverty app. Open the Riverty app, enter the email address you used for your Riverty orders and we will send you a login link. After the first login, you only need Face ID or Touch ID to access the app. You can set this in your profile.
