Riverty takes care of invoicing your order
When you placed your order, you chose to pay afterwards via Riverty (Buy Now, Pay Later). This means that you receive the items from the onlineshop and only pay the invoice to Riverty 14 or 30 days (depending on the online shop) after receiving your order. We will send you the invoice and any payment reminders by e-mail.
If payment is not made on time, we will send a payment reminder
If payment is not made within the due date, we will send you a payment reminder by e-mail. If you still do not pay the invoice after this payment reminder, we will send a second payment reminder. In addition, reminder costs will then be charged for the second time.
What are reminder costs?
When the payment is not received on time, Riverty is in default. In this case, additional work is required to collect the invoice. We recover these costs from the consumer.
