Before you contact us, please check the following:
- Are you the only person in your household who places orders with the e-mail address?
- Did you place an order for someone else in your household?
- Have you possibly used Riverty for an installment purchase that results in a recurring invoice?
If you still cannot match the email or invoice and believe you have been a victim of fraud, please contact our customer service at customercare@riverty.de or use our contact form.
