If you chosen 14-day invoice when completing your online order, you will pay your bill within 14 days. If you have chosen a monthly invoice, you pay once a month, by the 15th of the following month.
The payment due date depends on which Riverty payment method you have chosen.
- Pay by monthly invoice:
You will receive your monthly invoice on the first day of the following month and the payment deadline is on the 15th of the following month. - Pay by 14-day invoice:
If you choose 14-day invoice, you will pay your order 14 days after receiving your invoice. Riverty gives you the opportunity to review your order upon receipt and decide if you want to keep it.

If you are unable to pay the invoice within 14 days, you can use the dynamic payment pause to postpone the payment for 7 days free of charge or extend your payment term for 14, 30 or 60 days for a fee.
This is possible until you receive a payment reminder with reminder fees. After that it is no longer possible to pause the payment.
If we have not received your payment after the payment pause, we will send you a reminder by e-mail. This will warn you of an increase in dunning costs if you don't pay on time. These costs will be charged automatically and will have to be paid by you.
The payment deadline is clearly stated in the invoice e-mail you receive. In addition, you will find the payment due date in the Riverty web app or the Riverty app.
for Switzerland:
Riverty offers you the opportunity to review your order upon receipt and decide if you want to keep it. You pay the invoice after 14 or 30 days (depending on the online shop).
You can defer the payment for 7 days free of charge or extend your payment term by 21 days for CHF 4,99.
This is only possible within the first 14 or 30 days (depending on the online shop) after invoicing.
