Unfortunately, we have no insight into the dispatch or delivery status of your order. However, Riverty only sends the invoice or payment information once the digital billing information has been transmitted by the online shop. This normally happens automatically when the goods are dispatched.
If you have not received a delivery but have received a request for payment from Riverty, it is advisable to check the status of the delivery with the online shop. You can simply pause your invoice in the Riverty App, or reach out to our customer service, so we can suspend your payment request for 14 days until delivery.
