It may happen that you have already received an invoice from Riverty while you have not received a delivery.

Sometimes the order is still on its way. We are automatically notified by the webshop when the invoice can be sent. We advise you to wait the first 14 days after receiving the Riverty invoice to see if your order will arrive.
What can you do if the order has not yet been delivered?
1. Check the address to which the order should be delivered
Check the address to which you have chosen to have the order delivered. It is also possible to have an order delivered to a collection point. Have you chosen this? In the message from the delivery service, such as Hermes or DHL, you will see the delivery address and a Track & Trace code. You can use this to check where your order has been delivered.
2. Contact the webshop to request the status of your order
If you have not received a delivery but have received an invoice from Riverty, ask the webshop for the status of your order. The webshop can check whether your order is still on its way or has already been delivered. If this has not yet happened, the webshop can ensure that your order is still delivered.
3. Pause your bill while you wait for your order to be delivered
If your payment due date is approaching and you still haven’t received your order, we recommend pausing your bill for 7 days at no extra cost to wait for your order.
