You can pay your invoice via the Riverty app using SEPA direct debit or by traditional bank transfer. In the app, log in with your email, select the invoice, and enter your IBAN. Alternatively, find bank details in the app or email.
Important: Pay each invoice separately and use the correct reference to ensure proper allocation.

Austria:
You have two convenient options:
1. In the Riverty app (recommended)
The easiest way to manage your payments is in the Riverty App. If you don’t have it yet, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Download the app from Google Play or the App Store (if you don't already have it).
- Log in with the email address you used when making your purchase.
- Go to the "To Do" or "All" tab and select the invoice you want to pay.
- Issue a SEPA direct debit mandate by tapping on payment options and entering your IBAN.
- Confirm your payment. The payment will be processed within 2-3 business days.
2. By bank transfer
- Transfer the outstanding invoice amount by traditional bank transfer.
- You can find the bank details in our emails, as well as in the Riverty app.

How can I pay my invoice?
You can pay your invoice in just a few minutes – either the classic way via bank transfer or using the QR code attached to your first invoice email.
Pay via bank transfer
You can also pay your outstanding invoice amount the classic way via bank transfer.
You’ll find the bank details in your emails as well as in the Riverty App. Just click on "Transfer details" in your invoice.
