If you want to pay by direct debit, you can do this easily in the Riverty app or via our MyRiverty customer portal. Simply open the payment options and enter your bank details. You can then have the amount debited by direct debit.

Do you prefer to transfer the invoice amount?
That's no problem either. You will find all the information you need in our payment emails. You can also find the information in the Riverty app and in the MyRiverty customer portal. Simply click within your invoice on “bank details”.
Tips:
- Pay each invoice individually. Each order has its own payment reference. It is not possible to pay multiple invoices at the same time
- Make sure you use the correct reason for payment. Otherwise we will not be able to allocate your payment
