The amount you see in the Riverty app is the amount reported by the online shop.
The most common reasons why this amount may differ:
- Your return was not processed
- Your return was processed incorrectly: You were not credited for all or the wrong items
- You are missing a discount on your invoice
- The online shop has charged you shipping costs
In these cases, please contact the online shop.
Where can you find the contact information for your online shop?
You can usually find the contact information at the bottom of our emails or in the footer of the issued invoice.
You don't have to do anything - except pay after the invoice adjustment
As soon as the online shop has adjusted your invoice, Riverty will automatically receive a message about it. You don't need to take any further steps and can pay directly.
