You cannot pause your invoice because the deadline has expired. After the first 14 or 30 days (depending on the online shop) of the payment period have passed, it is possible to use the dynamic payment break until you receive the first payment reminder with reminder costs.
As a general rule, monthly invoices cannot be paused or split into instalments.
for Switzerland:
You cannot pause your invoice because the deadline has expired. After the first 14 or 30 days (depending on the online shop) of the payment period have passed, it is no longer possible to defer the invoice for 7 days free of charge or for 21 days by paying a fee of CHF 4,99.
