You place an order in the online shop and Riverty sends you a thank you email for your order with a payment deadline of 14 days. You can't pay your invoice on time? No problem, you will receive a free payment reminder by e-mail with a new payment deadline.
If you are still unable to pay, we will then send you another two reminders with a new deadline. If payment is still unsuccessful, the claim will be forwarded to a debt collection agency.
