You cannot change personal data via the Riverty app. To update your email for a current order, contact customer service. Name and address changes are not possible. You can update your bank details in the app under “My profile – Bank details” or during payment. eBay customers must update data via their eBay account.

It is not possible to change your data via the Riverty app. Would you like to change the email address of a current order? Please contact our customer service.
Unfortunately, we cannot change other data such as name or address details for current orders.
You can change your bank details yourself via our Riverty app in your profile:
Under "My profile - Bank details" you can see current bank details that you have saved for future purchases.
How can you enter your new bank details?
- Go to your to-do list
- Select the invoice
- Then click on the payment options button
- Here you can enter and activate your new bank details for your direct debits
For eBay customers, a data change is only possible via the eBay customer account. Your updated data will be sent to us with your next order.
