You can update your bank details yourself at any time in the Riverty app. The change is processed securely via our partner Tink, which provides technical support for the process.
How to change your bank details
1. Log in
Log in to the Riverty app using your existing account.
2. Open the ‘Bank details’ section
Go to the ‘Bank details’ section in your profile.
3. Create a new SEPA mandate
Select ‘Create new’ to set up a new SEPA mandate.
4. Proceed to verification
Click ‘Continue’ to start the process.
5. Redirect to Tink
You will be automatically redirected to the secure connection page of our partner, Tink.
6. Select a new account
Follow the steps displayed there to select your new bank account and confirm the change.
7. Finalise in the Riverty app
Once the change has been successfully made, you’ll be redirected back to the Riverty app. Your new bank details will now be displayed.
8. Confirmation by email
You will then receive an email confirming that your bank details have been successfully updated.
