If you have returned your order but are still receiving payment reminders, this may be due to the following reasons:
1. Return processing can take a few days
Online shops take time to confirm returns. Until they notify us that your return has been processed, payment reminders can continue to be sent. Processing times vary by online shops, so check with them first for the status of your return.
2. Some online shops don't immediately update the return status
If you've already received a confirmation from the online shop but the payment is still showing as pending, give our system a few days to update.
3. The return and payment reminder overlapped
If you initiated a return close to the payment due date, you may still receive an automatic reminder. After confirming the return, your outstanding amount will be adjusted.
4. You made a partial return
If you only returned part of your order, the outstanding amount for the remaining items may remain. Check your return details to make sure that everything has been settled correctly. You can find the payment information in your order summary, in the Riverty App or on the Riverty Web App.
What should I do next?
- Check your return status with the online shop to make sure the return has been processed.
- If your return has been approved but you are still receiving payment reminders after five days, contact our support team and provide your return confirmation.
