You have issues with an order?
It is necessary to open a dispute directly with eBay to resolve your concern.

Once the dispute has been opened on eBay, eBay will notify us. We will then pause the billing for the disputed item. This means that the invoice will not be included in your monthly statement until the dispute is resolved.
