If you didn't receive a reminder at your email address, it may be for the following reasons:
- Your spam filter may be too strict, which is why our emails are not arriving. We therefore recommend that you check your settings. If you go to the junk email section in your settings, you will find a category for 'blocked senders and domains.' This list probably contains our email address.
- You can remove the email address noreply-de@info.riverty.com from there and add it to 'safe senders and domains.' You should then start receiving emails from us again.
- You may have made a typo while placing the order, resulting in us receiving the wrong email address from the online shop. Therefore, also check whether you received an order confirmation from the online shop.
- You might be using multiple email addresses to place your orders. We may have sent the reminder to a different email address.
- If you ordered with an Apple ID account, you might not have received the emails.
