Riverty takes care of the billing of your order
When you placed the order, you chose to pay via Riverty (Buy Now, Pay Later). This means that you will receive the items from the merchant and pay the bill to Riverty 14 or 30 days (depending on the merchant) after receiving your order. This gives you time to look at your order and decide whether you want to keep it.

You remain responsible for paying your invoice. Therefore, pay attention to the payment deadline of your order and make sure that you pay your invoice on time or register a return if you want to return (part of) your order.

If we do not receive your payment on time, we will send you a payment reminder.
If a direct debit (for customers in Germany and Austria) is unsuccessful or a 14 or 30 day invoice (depending on the merchant) is not paid on time, you will receive a free payment reminder from us by email. In it, we will warn you of upcoming reminder fees if you do not pay on time. If you still haven't paid, we will send you another payment reminder with reminder fees. If we haven't received payment by then, we will forward the invoice to our debt collection agency.
