Processing a payment may take several days
You may have paid (manually) but still receive a payment reminder. Processing a payment may take a few days. As soon as the payment is processed, we will send you a payment confirmation.
The payment and the sent payment reminder have crossed over
It may happen that you have just paid and receive a payment reminder from us the same day or the day after. In that case, your payment and our payment reminder have crossed paths. As soon as the payment has been processed, we will send you a payment confirmation.
Have you still not received a payment confirmation after a few days? In that case, check the payment description of the transaction and make sure of whom you have paid. You can find the payment description on your payment overview, in the Riverty app or Riverty Web App.
Check the description carefully if you transfer the payment manually
It is important that when you transfer the payment manually, the description matches the invoice you want to pay. If the description does not match, we cannot link the payment, and the invoice will remain unpaid. You will therefore continue to receive payment reminders.
Send a proof of payment if you did not use a (correct) payment description
If it turns out that you accidentally did not enter a description or entered an incorrect description in your bank transfer, we ask you to send us proof of payment. We can check whether your payment has been received and link it to the correct invoice.

Check if the direct debit was successfully
If the direct debit has failed, it is important that you contact your own bank to find out how you can ensure that the next direct debit is successful. You remain responsible for paying your invoice yourself. Pay your invoice yourself via the Riverty app or Riverty Web App.
Contact the online shop if you paid directly to the online shop
If you paid directly to the online shop, Riverty is not aware of your payment. It is important that you contact the online shop to inform them that you have made a payment. The online shop will refund the payment to your bank account. However, this means that your payment obligation to Riverty remains. We expect the payment to still be made to us before the payment date.
If the payment is for another order
If you find out that you have paid for another order, we will ask you to still pay for the order via the Riverty app.
