Bank transfers may take a few days to process, and reminders may be sent in the meantime. Once received, you’ll get a confirmation. Ensure the correct payment reference is used for proper allocation. If incorrect, send proof of payment. If you paid the merchant directly, contact them—your payment to Riverty is still due.

Processing a payment may take several days
For transfers, payment processing can take a few days. Payment reminders are possible until the payment is recorded. As soon as it is received, you will receive a payment confirmation.
The payment and the sent payment reminder have crossed over
It may happen that you have recently paid and shortly thereafter receive a payment reminder. In this case, your payment and our reminder overlapped. As soon as the payment has been processed, we will send you a payment confirmation.
Have you still not received a payment confirmation after a few days?
In this case, check the payment information for the order and make sure you know who you paid. You can find the payment information in your order overview, in the Riverty App.
Check the payment reference carefully when you transfer your payment
When you transfer your payment, it is important that the payment reference matches the invoice you want to pay. Only if the payment reference matches can we quickly and correctly allocate the payment. This way your invoice will be updated and you will not receive unnecessary payment reminders.
Send a proof of payment if you did not use a (correct) reference
If you realise that you have inadvertently not included a reference or have included the wrong reference with your transfer, please send us proof of payment. This allows us to check whether your payment has been received and link it to the correct invoice.

Check if the direct debit was successfully
If your direct debit payment was not successful, you can simply make the payment by bank transfer. You can find all the information you need about your payment in the Riverty app.
Contact the merchant if you paid directly to the merchant
If you paid the merchant directly, we have no record of this. Please contact the merchant to return the payment to your account. Your payment obligation to Riverty remains, and payment should be received by the due date.
