That's why we pause your invoice as soon as you register a return via our Riverty web app or our via the Riverty app. This gives you time to return your items and the online store has time to process your return and report it to us.
If you have received a message that your return has not been received by the online store, please check whether you sent your items more than 10 days ago. If so, please contact the online store's customer service for further clarification.
