Will the entire order be returned?
If so, you can register your return in the Riverty app. We then know that we have to wait a while for the online shop to process your return. Always follow the online shop's return conditions. As soon as your return has been processed by the online shop and we have received a notification from them, we will send you a confirmation by email. Your invoice will then be adjusted in your overview.
Return procedure and conditions of the online shop
Are you returning part of your order?
Then you can select which items you want to return in the Riverty app. You can then pay immediately for the products you want to keep, including all shipping and service costs. Do this within the period specified in your payment overview. As soon as your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email and this will also be updated in your overview.
If you have not received confirmation after two weeks, please contact the online shop to ask whether your return has been received. Please have your proof of return to hand.
Have you returned something, but it has not yet been processed before the payment date? Please feel free to send a message to our customer service team so that we can pause your payment.
Pay for the products you want to keep
By registering your return with Riverty, you ensure that you only pay for the products you want to keep and avoid any fees.
We will temporarily pause your payment so that the online shop has time to process your return.
You may receive a credit note. What is this?
A credit note is issued when a previously sent invoice has been adjusted. This often happens with returns. The amount of the order that has been returned will be deducted from the previous invoice. This means you will have to pay less or sometimes nothing at all. You will be informed of this in the credit note. You do not need to contact us if you have received a credit note. You can pay the remaining amount specified in the credit note email.
