You can reverse the payment through your own bank. However, if you do this, you will incurr into chargeback fees and we could send you payment reminders requesting that you pay the amount to us manually.
A reversal often causes extra work for both you and us.
A reversal, also called a chargeback, is often not the best choice. You will receive payment reminders asking you to transfer the amount yourself, and there is a risk of reminder fees in case of late payment.
What is the best thing to do?
- You have returned a product:
No worries. Once the online shop confirms it, we will adjust the outstanding invoice amount or refund the overpaid amount. You don’t need to take any action. - You disagree with the invoice:
First, contact the online shop where you placed your order. The online shop can provide an explanation or resolve the issue. - You are unsure if the payment was successful:
In that case, check your bank statement. If you are still unsure, contact our customer service. We will gladly check with you and assist further.
