The direct debit is linked to your invoice. If Riverty receives a returns notification from the retailer, we will offset this against your invoice.
If this happens before the direct debit, we will only debit the amount from your account that is still outstanding on your invoice.
If the direct debit has already been made, we will refund your overpayment as quickly as possible.
It is therefore not necessary to cancel the direct debit payment.
