for Germany and
Austria:
With the direct debit procedure, you authorise Riverty to withdraw money from your account to pay your invoice.
This can be a one-time payment or part of a recurring one, depending on your purchase.
Once you have given Riverty the authorisation, you don’t have to take any further action yourself. For this reason, it is called "direct debit".
If a direct debit fails, you can make the payment yourself to avoid reminder fees.
Please note: Riverty is not responsible if the direct debit fails, for example due to insufficient funds or a bank error. You can find out the reasons for a return debit note from your bank.
In such cases, we advise you to transfer the amount yourself via the Riverty app, as a new direct debit for the same invoice is not possible. This way, you avoid receiving payment reminders or the risk of incurring in fees for a late payment.
