The direct debits for your instalment payment will begin one month after the invoice date. The instalment payment plan with the detailed direct debit data has already been sent to you with the invoice.
If you would like to change the collection date for all upcoming direct debits, please contact our customer service team. Our customer service team can change the due date for your instalment plan once to ensure that future direct debits are made on the date of your choice every month.
