You can close your Flex account if you have paid everything and your balance is €0.00. You can check this in the Flex section of the customer portal MyRiverty or the Riverty app.
You can then go to "Close Flex account" at the bottom of your Flex overview and confirm that you want to close your Flex account.
After this, it is no longer possible to add new invoices to your Flex account.
