for Germany:
You can close your Flex account when you have paid the claims and your balance is 0,00 EUR. You can check this in the Flex section of the Riverty Web App or the Riverty App.
Once the balance is even, you can go to ‘CLOSE FLEX ACCOUNT’ at the bottom of your Flex overview and confirm that you want to close your Flex account.
After this, it is no longer possible to add new invoices to your Flex account.
If you have a newly created Flex contract, you have the option to revoke it within 14 days without giving reasons. To do this, go to your Riverty App or Riverty Web App, select your Flex contract, scroll down to the bottom and select ‘DELETE FLEX ACCOUNT’.
Please note: After closing a Flex account, it is not possible to open a new Flex account for 6 months.
