You don't agree with the amount on your Monthly Invoice or don’t understand it?
Check the monthly statement tab in the Riverty app to see whether
- all payments have been posted
- all return credits have been posted
If you have placed a return for an order, check the status of the return with your retailer.
Are you still unable to track your invoice amount? Then please contact our customer service.
Tips for processing your enquiry quickly
In order to process your enquiry as quickly as possible, please provide us with the following information directly with your enquiry, if relevant:
- Payments: When did you transfer which amount? What was your intended use? Which account did you transfer to?
- Returns credits: When did you send back your return? Which products did you return? What amount do you expect to be credited?
