If you had any pending returns or disputed purchases when you first received your Monthly Invoice, you were not charged for those purchases.
It could be that a pending return or disputed purchase from the current or previous month has finished processing, and you still owe a payment for that purchase. In that case your Monthly Invoice will be re-opened with that amount. If you have questions about a return or dispute, please contact the online shopdirectly. If the invoice amount on your payment information provided by Riverty does not match the invoice amount on eBay, please contact our customer service.
