If you had any pending returns when you first received your Monthly Invoice, you were not charged for those purchases.
It could be that a pending return from the current or previous month has now been completed, and you still owe a payment for that purchase. In that case your Monthly Invoice will be re-opened with that amount and updated with the outstanding amount. If you have questions about a return, please contact the online shop directly. If the invoice amount on your payment information provided by Riverty does not match the invoice amount on eBay, please contact our customer service.
