You want to pay with the Riverty Monthly Invoice, but you don't see it.
We understand that it is frustrating for you that you cannot use the Monthly Invoice, even though you may have used it in the past.
There may be various reasons why you are unable to use the Monthly Invoice:
Due to the new technical introduction of Monthly Invoice, it may not yet be displayed on all devices. Try the following:
- Update your smartphone and the eBay app.
- You can try ordering on your PC instead of your smartphone - or vice versa.
- Use a different browser.
If it still doesn't work, please contact us and answer the following questions:
- What operating system does your smartphone or PC have that you use when ordering?
- Are you using the eBay app or an internet browser?
- If you are using an internet browser - which browser are you using?
It is also possible that the merchant has not yet been activated by eBay for the Monthly Invoice payment method. eBay is gradually activating all merchants for Monthly Invoice.
