Have you received an invoice or payment information from Riverty in which the individual items from the order are not listed?
Riverty receives the order information directly from the online shop. Unfortunately, we have not received a list of the individual items either.
To receive a list of the individual items, please contact the online shop you ordered from directly.
Returns
As we do not have a list of individual items, these are not displayed in the returns menu. It is therefore only possible to mark the entire order as a return.
This does not mean that you have to send everything back or keep everything.
To make a return, select the order and simply place the items you wish to return in the returns parcel. As soon as the return has been received and processed by the online shop, you will receive a credit note for these items.
You only have to pay for what you have kept.
Please note that we do not issue a new invoice after a return.
