We automatically receive a message from the online store when the invoice can be sent after the order has been sent to the delivery company. It is therefore possible that the invoice arrives before the order has been delivered.
Riverty takes care of the invoicing of your order, but not of the delivery
When you placed your order, you chose to pay via Rivéry (Buy Now, Pay Later). This means that the online store ships the items and you pay Rivéry the invoice 14 or 30 days (depending on the online store) after you receive your order.
Please contact the online shop to check the status of your order delivery.
If you do not receive your order within a few days, please contact the online shop where you placed the order directly. After all, they sent the order to you. You can find the online shop's details at the end of our emails or at the bottom of our payment information.
Make sure you contact the online store before the final payment date and pay the invoice to Riverty to avoid reminder fees.
