If you have returned your order but are still receiving payment reminders, this may be due to the following reasons:
1. Return processing can take a few days
Merchants take time to confirm returns. Until they notify us that your return is processed, payment reminders may still be sent. Processing times vary by merchant, so check your return status with them first.
2. Merchant-Platform Sync Issues
In some cases, a merchant might not update the return status promptly. If you've received confirmation from the merchant but still see a pending payment, please allow a few extra days for our system to update.
3. Payment Cycle Timing
If you initiated a return close to your payment due date, an automated reminder may still be sent. Once the return is confirmed, any unnecessary payment requests will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Partial vs. Full Order Returns
If you returned only part of your order, you may still need to pay for the remaining items. Double-check your return details to ensure the correct amount is being processed. You can find the payment information in your order summary, in the Riverty app.
