You select your purchase in the Riverty app. Then scroll down and then select "Register return". Here you can tick which items you want to return. The invoice amount will now be updated. You can already pay the correct amount via direct debit or manual bank transfer. This action also changes the status of the invoice to "Return pending".
As soon as your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email and this will also be updated in your overview.
Special feature: partial returns at Outfittery
Unfortunately, it is not possible to mark individual items directly as returns at Outfittery. If you report your return via Riverty, a temporary reminder stop is automatically set for the entire order.
As soon as Outfittery has processed your return and sent us a refund, you will receive confirmation of the credit note by email.
