How to return an item via the Riverty app
Select your purchase in the Riverty app. Then scroll down and select ‘Register return’. Here you can tick which and how many items you would like to return. The invoice amount will now be updated. You can already pay the correct amount by direct debit or manual transfer. This action also changes the status of the invoice to ‘Return pending’.
As soon as your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email and this will also be updated in your overview.
If you report your return via Riverty, a provisional stop payment will automatically be set for the entire order.
Special features
Partial return at Outfittery
Unfortunately, it is not possible at Outfittery to mark individual items directly as returns.
As soon as Outfittery has processed your return and sent us a refund, you will receive a confirmation of the credit note from us by email.
Partial returns at Best Secret
Unfortunately, we cannot add returns to your invoice. However, you can create a return directly with Best Secret and your invoice will be updated as soon as Best Secret has informed us of the return.
Partial returns on eBay
All returns for purchases on eBay.de are processed through eBay. Log in to eBay.de, start the return process by selecting your purchase and clicking on ‘Return item’ under ‘More actions’.
