Reporting fraud at Riverty - the fraud form
To process your request, it is necessary for you to complete the following form.
If you have not authorised the order with the payment method “Riverty”, please send us a copy of the complaint you have made on the basis of the reminder or a confirmation with the file number. The report can be attached directly to the following form as a scan or image.
The report can also be submitted online via the police portal of your federal state.
The submission of the report is the confirmation that the order was not placed by you and is necessary for the final processing of the case as a fraud case.
