If you haven't paid everything yet, you can still pay the rest
If you have not yet paid your invoice in full or have only paid partially, you can easily pay the remaining amount retroactively.
How can I pay via the Riverty app?
Make sure you pay on time and avoid not being able to use Riverty anymore
If you have received an invoice for which collection fees have already been charged, we expect the payment of the entire invoice amount including collection fees. Have you already paid the invoice but not the collection costs? Then we kindly ask you to transfer these subsequently. This will prevent Riverty from being denied as a payment option for your next order.
You can easily check your payments in the Riverty app
If you are not sure whether your payments have been transferred correctly, we advise you to check your bank statement to see whether the payment has been debited. Read also: I have already paid, why do I receive a reminder?
