Refunds are processed within approx. 10 working days after the shop confirms your return. Please report the return directly to the shop and pay any remaining invoice amount to us to avoid extra fees. You can manage returns in the Riverty app.

It may take a few days for the online shop to process your return. Report the return directly to the online shop and pay the remaining amount of your invoice to us. This will help you avoid additional costs.
Once the online shop has confirmed your return, we will automatically refund any overpayment, usually within 10 working days.
How to manage your returns:
- Open the Riverty app.
- Go to your order overview.
- Select the items you wish to return.
