If you don’t pay your Riverty invoice within 14 or 30 days (depending on the shop), you’ll receive a reminder email with a new deadline and a late fee. To avoid reminder fees, pay before the due date. You can also set up a direct debit so the amount is automatically withdrawn on time.
for Germany,
Austria and
Switzerland:
If you use Riverty as your payment method, you have 14 or 30 days (depending on the online shop) after receiving your order to pay your invoice. You can also find the due date in the Riverty app and in your emails.
If no payment is received within this period, you will receive a reminder by email with a new payment deadline. This will inform you of any late payment fees that will be incurred if you do not pay on time.
Avoid late payment fees by paying before the deadline. You can also pay by direct debit – the amount will then be debited from your account on the due date, so you won't miss any deadlines.
