Contact the merchant to let them know you are returning your order
We advise you to check the return process with the merchant and register your return. This way the shop is informed that an order will be returned.
Report your return to Riverty
You can report a return to Riverty via the return button in our emails or the Riverty app.
Pay for the products you do want to keep
By registering your return with Riverty, you ensure that you only pay for the products you want to keep and avoid possible collection costs.
We temporarily suspend your payment so that the merchant has time to process your return.
